2006
A Breakfast That Changed Everything
It started with an early morning in late 2006. Two colleagues and longtime friends fresh from engineering school and graduate studies During that conversation, one question sparked a new path: “Why don’t we start a company to work on after hours?”
2006
The Founding Trio Comes Together
The idea wasn’t complete without their third friend a 32‑year friendship who had just returned from the UK. One phone call later, the team was formed.
January 1, 2007
Venture Is Born
The three founders launched Venture with a bold model: We only get paid when we deliver results. Two feasibility studies became the company’s first projects.
2007
The Fourth Musketeer Joins
A colleague known for his unique mindset and positive energy joined the team, becoming the “Fourth Musketeer.”
2007–2010
Building After Hours
For three years, the four founders worked evenings and weekends, balancing full‑time jobs while growing Venture.
2010
The First Investor
An early believer offered to invest. This marked the company’s first major turning point.
2011
The Leap of Faith
After being approached to build a PMO for a tech company, the founders made a bold decision: They resigned from their jobs and committed fully to Venture.
March 2013
Venture International Is Established
The founders met in Dubai and re‑established the company as Venture International, expanding their vision beyond borders.
2013
A Respectful Departure
One of the original founders chose a different path, with the friendship remaining strong.
2016
The Team Grows Stronger
Another founder took the leap to join full‑time, leaving behind the safety of a corporate role.

A Global Consulting Firm
After 18 years, Venture International operates across 6 countries, with 35+ full‑time professionals and dozens of partners. The journey has had its highs and lows but it has always been worth it. Because what matters most isn’t just the journey… It’s the people who walk it together.
