A Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)® facilitates and leads team efforts to establish and monitor customer/supplier relations, supports strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and helps develop measurement systems to determine organizational improvement.” – ASQ.
